EICR Reports

The Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a report done to assess the safety of the existing electrical installation within a property and is used to describe its condition. This can include consumer units, protective bonding, lighting, switches and sockets etc. This report needs to be carried out every 5 years to make sure properties are safe for habitation.
